Where can I buy your products?
Online here on the website! We also have pop-up shop from time to time in New York and LA. Subscribe to our newsletter to find out when we are opening in your area.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
Renaissance clothing is made in small, exclusive runs per season. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Rarely, some popular pieces may make a return in following seasons.
Additionally, we always keep a few select pieces for our in-person events. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow our socials to be the first to know when we are appearing in your city!
Do renaissance products go on sale?
We pride ourselves on the fact our clothing is made with the highest quality materials from Italy and is handmade by artisans in both Italy and the USA. We make small batches that, by design, sell out before the end of the season. As a result, our products never go on sale and you can be confident that the price listed won't drop the next time you see it. Nobody likes that.
Can I checkout as a guest?
You can either checkout as a guest or create an account. Creating an account will make it faster to place future orders and allows you to review your order history at any time.
I have not received my order confirmation email. Has my order gone through?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, your order may not have gone through successfully or you might have submitted the wrong email address.
Please check your spam folder, however if you still have not received it, please email us at care@renaissancebydg.com and we will look into this for you.
Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link to track your order.
Where are you shipping from and to which countries are you shipping to?
We ship from our office in Los Angeles with free shipping across the U.S. and DHL Express Shipping to Canada and Europe.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer the following shipping options with Fedex and DHL:
United States, Canada and Mexico: 2-5 business days.
Outside of North America times can vary, but we ship all items by the next business day. An estimate will be calculated at checkout.
