Where can I buy your products?
Renaissance collections are available exclusively online through our website.
From time to time, we also host select pop-ups and private events. To receive advance notice of upcoming locations and releases, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
Renaissance pieces are produced in small, exclusive runs each season. Once a style sells out, it is unlikely to be restocked. On rare occasions, select pieces may return in future collections.
We also reserve a limited number of styles for in-person events. To stay informed about future releases and appearances, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media.
Do renaissance products go on sale?
No. Renaissance collections are produced in small, considered runs using premium materials from Italy and are handcrafted by artisans in Italy and the United States. Quantities are intentionally limited and typically sell through before season’s end. Pricing remains consistent, so the price you see today is the price you can expect.
Can I checkout as a guest?
You may check out as a guest or create an account. Creating an account makes future purchases faster and allows you to view your order history at any time.
I have not received my order confirmation email. Has my order gone through?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, your order may not have been successfully placed or the email address entered may be incorrect. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at care@renaissancebydg.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Has my order been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Where are you shipping from and to which countries are you shipping to?
All orders are dispatched from our Los Angeles studio.
We offer complimentary FedEx Express 2-Day shipping within the United States, and FedEx Express delivery internationally, with rates and delivery estimates calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All U.S. orders ship complimentary via FedEx Express 2-Day.
International orders are dispatched the next business day via FedEx Express, with delivery typically within 2–5 business days depending on location. Exact shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
