Try your purchase in the comfort of your home. We offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process so you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items may be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for another size or style, subject to availability.

How to initiate a return or exchange

Please email care@renaissancebydg.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. Once received, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Return conditions

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, exactly as received, with all Renaissance tags still attached. All original packaging—including branded boxes, dust bags, hang tags, and cards—must be included, as packaging is considered part of the product.

Shoes should be tried on indoors on a carpeted surface only until you are certain you are keeping them.

To ensure timely processing, please return all items from the same order in a single shipment.

To initiate a return or exchange, purchase a return shipping label and arrange drop-off or pickup at preferred rates. Return shipping costs will be credited toward your next order.

For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped complimentary.
